Trinh Truong is a third-year law student at USC Gould School of Law. She graduated Cum Laude from UC Irvine with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Political Science. Trinh focused her effort on community outreach and mentorship by serving as a Teaching Assistant for UCI Law’s Saturday Academy of Law, a program created by Erwin Chemerinsky to provide underrepresented high school students the unique opportunity to improve their writing skills, learn about their First Amendment rights, and experience higher education. After graduating, she worked as an antitrust clerk at Crowell & Moring.

At Gould, Trinh was the President of the Business Law Society, Co-Founder of the Gould Art Law Society, External Vice President of APALSA, and Social Media Chair for WOCC. Her refugee parents inspired Trinh to focus on immigration law by researching the detention of unaccompanied minor children for Professor Emily Ryo and publishing a note on the detention of Vietnamese refugees through the Southern California Law Review of Law and Justice Journal. As Chief Marketing Officer, Trinh aims to strengthen NWOCC’s digital presence and share valuable information to womxn of color on a national scale.
