Every year on March 8, the world celebrates womxn's achievements in the hopes of creating a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that is gender equal. This International Womxn's Day, the National Womxn of Color Collective is hosting an art competition to share the experiences of womxn of color in the legal profession. This March 8, you can share your story in a creative masterpiece to help us #BreakTheBias. The are the basic rules:

1. Create an original piece of art that demonstrates what it's like being a womxn of color in the legal profession.
2. Submit your artwork using the below submission form by March 6, 2022.
3. Get your friends and family to vote for your artwork in NWOCC's social media contest on March 8, 2022.
4. Stay tuned for the winner announcement on March 9, 2022!

The winner will receive a NWOCC mug, one-year free membership with NWOCC, and your artwork will be featured on NWOCC's website.

Note that all entrants must be (1) be over age 18, and (2) agree to the contest's official rules.
