Please note that all positions with the National Womxn of Color Collective are VOLUNTARY and without pay.

Vice President

  • Member of Board of Directors
  • Performs functions delegated by the President, and acts in the President’s absence
  • Oversees internal operations
  • Responsible for fundraising

Treasurer; Chief Financial Officer

  • Member of the Board as Treasurer, and an Officer as CFO
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate books and records
  • Prepares and certifies financial statements and reports
  • Deposits and disburses funds as directed by the Board
  • Assists in fundraising

Southwest Regional Director

  • Member of the Board of Directors
  • Performs functions delegated by the President and oversees operations in the Southwest
  • Recruits existing Womxn of Color Collectives to become affiliated with NWOCC, and assists in setting up Womxn of Color Collectives at schools without existing chapters in the Southwest
  • Responsible for the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona

Midwest Regional Director

  • Member of the Board of Directors
  • Performs functions delegated by the President and oversees operations in the Midwest
  • Recruits existing Womxn of Color Collectives to become affiliated with NWOCC, and assists in setting up Womxn of Color Collectives at schools without existing chapters in the Midwest
  • Responsible for the following states: Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota

Southeast Regional Director

  • Member of the Board of Directors
  • Performs functions delegated by the President and oversees operations in the Southeast
  • Recruits existing Womxn of Color Collectives to become affiliated with NWOCC, and assists in setting up Womxn of Color Collectives at schools without existing chapters in the Southeast
  • Responsible for the following states: West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Florida
